Matthew Eberhart

Matthew is currently serving his first term as Board Chair. He has managed the Arizona State Parks and Trails Off-Highway Vehicle Program for 7 years, is an AZ native, and is happily married with one son.

Peter Reed

Peter Reed is currently serving his first term as Vice Chair. He also operates as the Vice President of the Alberta Off-Highway Vehicle Association. In his free time Peter also operates as Vice President of Canadian Quad Council

Secretary/Treasurer

Scott Morrill

Scott operates as the Off-Highway Vehicle Coordinator for Massachusetts in the Executive Office of Energy and Natural Resources.

Bruce Lawerence

Bruce works for the Minnesota DNR as the Recreation Vehicle Coordinator. He is currently in his 23rd year of service to the agency with a focus on safety and education for the OHV community.

Carman Jackson

Carman has been serving the Indiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) for 20 years. Starting in 2002 as an intermittent employee and working her way into a Land and Water Conservation Fund Administrator in lake 2022.
